Oscar Ratsin
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Ratsin brings with him over 30 years of experience in international investment banking and financing. He worked over 16 years for UK institutions, including PwC, HSBC and the Rothschild family covering investment banking and private equity transactions. Until 2022, Mr. Ratsin successfully established and led proprietary structured finance and private equity operations for a leading Eastern European bank. Today, Mr. Ratsin devotes his time to international projects building on his diverse client base. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant in England and Wales and holds a degree in Economics and International Relations.
